The story of Zoe’s garden tells of a very important truth. God really did send His only Son, Jesus to earth as a man. He came to live a perfect life so his death on the cross would be a pure sacrifice for all mankind. Through repentance and trusting Jesus as our Lord and Savior, receiving Him and what He did, we are saved from the punishment of our sin. All wrongdoing is sin and it keeps us apart from God. Through Jesus we are made clean and become God’s child just as He always wanted.

John 14:6 Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.”

John 1:12 “But to all who believed Him and accepted Him, He gave the right to become children of God.”

Romans 10:9-10 “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.”

Romans 5:5 “And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.”

Prayer

Jesus,

I believe you are God's son who He raised from the dead. Because I have sinned, I need a savior. I ask you to be my savior and I receive new life from you. I love you and thank you that I am now God's child and in your family.
